Buju apologizes for criticising Wizkid, Mr Eazi and others in old tweets

Fans dig out old tweets of singer Buju berating his senior colleagues including Wizkid and Mr Eazi

Nigerian singer, Buju was dragged yesterday by Twitter users after fans stumbled on old tweets where he bashed some colleagues like Wizkid, Davido, Yemi Alade, Korede Bello, Mr Eazi etc.

Buju at the time addressed some of the songs from these artists as a listener calling some of them absolute “trash” and referred to some of them as being highly overrated.

He has however apologised and blamed the whole negative vibe on the fact that he wasn’t making his own music at the time. In his words, the “outside” crooner said:

“I just used to listen and criticize which is still allowed so far I no kill person but it’s because I knew no better“
